I usually don't like going to dentists (I mean who does?), but my visit to Dr. Benjamin was completely different. I didn't feel rushed: he elaborated in his responses on all my concerns. When he recommends doing something, he explains it carefully so that you know exactly why you need it. He was respectful. You basically feel you are in good hands. I highly recommend him. Plus, you get to watch Netflix while he does his procedure!

Dr. Hsu and staff were very accommodating. From the moment I entered there office, I was welcomed very professionally by his staff and made to feel very comfortable. It is apparent that Dr. Hsu is very knowledgeable and experienced in all aspects of Dentistry, as well as gentle in manner. After my examination, he took his time in thoroughly explaining what to expect with regard to time and process for Implants. His staff was similarly attentive during examination, and upon completion, were thorough and patient in explaining possible costs and insurance coverage. I highly recommend persons of ny age to Dr. Hsu and his practice.
Dr. Hsu is absolutely amazing. He is an expert on TMJ and appointment with him is very educational. Dr. Hsu wants you to understand the pathology before he treats you. Very professional with amazing bedside manners. Highly recommend!

As always, Dr. Hsu made my trip to the dentist an easy, enjoyable experience. He is incredibly knowledgeable and does a great job explaining the why for all the things he's doing, rather than just working away like some dentists! Definitely recommend Dr. Hsu!

I never thought I would say I love going to the dentist, but I loved my visit with Dr. Hsu. He is very friendly and explains each step as he goes through the cleaning. He also explained everything he was looking at in my xray (good and not so good aspects), and he gave clear and informative recommendations for when to take care of the few cavities he found, considering the severity of the issue and my insurance plan. With the cavities I decided to get filled during the visit, he was very quick but also checked in throughout to make sure I was ok or if I needed a break. The dental care alone would have been enough for a 5-star review, but on top of that the staff is lovely and there are TVs above the chair to enjoy your favorite show while you get worked on. Highly, highly recommend!

Dr. Hsu and his staff, from Amy at the front desk to all the hygienists and assistants in the back, are superb. They are knowledgeable, kind and will go out of their way to help you with all the drudgery of dealing with your dental insurance. I highly recommend them.

Smiles on Smiles is a wonderful dental care office. Dr. Hsu and his team are such friendly and professional people. As I entered the office, I was warmly welcomed by Amy, and then soon greeted by the dental hygienist. They seem to run right on schedule which I'm certain everyone appreciates!
To my pleasant surprise, Dr. Hsu also came to introduce himself before my cleaning. In past experiences at other offices, the dentist does not come by until afterwards and only exchanges a few words. I really liked that Dr. Hsu wanted to be aware of my current dental condition, and address any of my concerns/questions beforehand. I even learned a couple of things based on my annual dental x-rays, which I enjoyed considering that I've never had them explained to me before. It was a nice change to meet people who genuinely care about their work and the patient!
At the end of my visit, I felt that 1) I had a proper and thorough cleaning, 2) I had received solid feedback and an understanding of my dental health, and 3) I will absolutely return to this office!
I highly recommend Smiles on Smiles Dental Care! The modern office space and the staff are phenomenal!

Extremely happy with this service I received here. The space is relaxing and well designed, the staff was super friendly and hospitable (felt like being at a hotel!), and the rooms are integrated with brand new and high-tech equipment. Dr. Hsu was polite, friendly, and passionate about his work. Very strong attention to detail and focus on his practice. Five stars!!
