Look forward to work.
Seriously
During the hiring process, "I will not use any hiring gimmicks; there will not be any coercion nor carrot-and-stick-ing here. I promise I will not ask you brain teasers or completely unrelated questions to your job. My goal is to help convey to you what my core philosophy is and see if that aligns with yours. Are we a fit mutually?"

Careers
ABOUT me
Hi. My name is Benjamin Hsu. I am a second-generation dentist with nine years of experience. I absolutely love dentistry. Really. Throughout various stages of my career I have been lucky to be an employee, manager, and owner in the dental practice. Having been at all levels of the organization, I believe this makes me a unique leader as having seen, from multiple perspectives, many things go wrong and a few things go right. At each stage and each day I distill a bit more of what makes a better team and thriving culture. This will be my only office, but ultimately my third venture. I cannot express how excited I am to start this journey with an amazing team at my side for our amazing patients. I hope that you can join the team!
